Aaron brings over 15 years of professional experience in boutique fitness, training, and exercise science. Originally from San Diego, Aaron has worked all over the world as a consultant, trainer, educator, and director for numerous brands and entities in the industry - always preferring the role of educator/student most of all. Aaron holds a masters degree in sports medicine and kinesiology and over 16 professional certifications including pilates, yoga, nutrition, strength training, prehab/rehab, and neuromuscular therapy to name a few. Most recently Aaron directed the advent of Heimat, and John Reed in Los Angeles, all while working on his license to become a Physical Therapist. A wealth of knowledge, a kind heart, and a true love for people and performance, Aaron is excited and honored to bring his talents and pedigree to share with the beautiful community at Silver Springs.
