1. It’s my first time! How should I prepare for class?

Welcome! We can’t wait to meet you!  Try to arrive 30 minutes prior to your first class so we can give you a full tour of the space and make sure you’re all set! We provide mats and towels, all you need to bring are clothes you feel comfortable getting really sweaty in and a water bottle!  We also provide lockers to store your belongings.

2. Are all classes open level?

Yes! We encourage you to try any class offered on our schedule.

3. Do I need to sign up in advance?

Download our App! We encourage everyone to pre-register as spots go fast. However, you are more than welcome to hop on a waitlist or even stop by in person to check on availability.

4. Why the heat? How hot is it?

We love the heat! Class temperatures range depending on the class style,  but you can expect anywhere from 95-102 degrees. Practicing in a hot room amps up the challenge, increases your heart rate, boosts cardiovascular health, improves lung capacity, encourages flexibility, and it feels SO GOOD!

5. What if I need to leave the hot room?

We ask that you try to stay on your mat for the duration of class. If you must leave, please be mindful as you exit the space to respect the experience of everybody else. Once you've left the room, we ask that you do not re-enter.

6. Is there a place to store my belongings?

Yes, we have plenty of lockers to store your items.

7. Where can I park?

There is very limited onsite parking on a first come, first served basis. We always recommend that you anticipate alternative parking, either on Melrose Ave. where there is lots of metered parking available, or one of the nearby public parking lots, such as the West Hollywood Public Parking Lot just around the corner at 625 N San Vicente Blvd. Please be mindful of street signs as we do not want you to get towed!

8. What’s the deal with the waitlist?

You can add yourself to the waitlist for any fully booked class. If a spot becomes free up to 1 hour before class time, you will automatically be added into class and an email or text will be sent to notify you. 1 hour before class, our online waitlist closes, and any spots that become free after that will be up for grabs on our website/app or for in person drop-ins.  

WAITLIST TIPS:

The waitlist works! And tends to move a lot, especially during the 24 hours leading up to class. 

If you get into class off the waitlist, we’re expecting you, and late cancel/no show fees will apply. With that in mind, if you’re on the waitlist for a class inside of our 12-hour cancellation window - and aren’t prepared to come if you get in - take yourself off the waitlist! This is especially useful for morning classes. If you aren’t prepared to wake up and come to the studio if you got into class overnight, take yourself off the waitlist before you go to bed.

9. Can I bring a friend?

We hope you do! All Unlimited Memberships have 2 complimentary guests passes per month :) As with all class reservations, our standard 12-hour no show/late cancellation policy also applies to guest reservations. If your guest does not show up for a class you booked for them, your account is subject to the penalty per our policy.

10. Can I pause my membership?

Yes. You must provide a minimum of six (6) days notice to change your membership to ensure your account is not automatically charged. A two (2) week minimum is required for membership pauses, with a maximum of two (2) membership pauses up to a total of 60 days per calendar year.  This does not include involuntary pauses, such as studio closures. Please submit your membership change requests HERE and feel free to reach out to memberships@silverspringsla.com for further assistance.You can expect confirmation within 48 hours.

11. Does my class package expire?

Our regular class packages have a one year expiry. Promotional packages may expire.

12. If I arrive late can I still take class?

Out of respect and safety for your fellow classmates and instructors, classes start on time. After the instructor closes the doors, LATECOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED. We are firm on this policy. We understand it can be disappointing to arrive late and miss class - happens to the best of us - and will always do whatever we can to find you an available spot in another one.

Please note, anyone who refuses to respect our policy or mistreats members of our staff, may be prohibited from attending Silver Springs.

13. Can I leave class early?

We ask that you stay in the room for the full duration of class. If you need to leave early, please sign up for a different class.

14. What’s your refund policy?

Classes: All classes and credit packages are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Memberships: All Unlimited Membership packages are non-refundable. No exceptions. 

Retail: Unused merchandise will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and will be issued to the original form(s) of payment. After 7 days, credit will be issued for up to 30 days. No returns or exchanges without a receipt. For questions or support with online purchases or returns, please contact hello@silverpsringsla.com 

Gift Cards: All gift cards are non-refundable. No exceptions. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

15. What’s your cancellation policy?

You must cancel class at least 12 hours in advance or you will be subject to our late cancel/no show fees. This includes switching time slots inside the 12-hour period. This is to prevent spots from being booked up and unattended in classes that could otherwise be available for another guest to book, and to give those who are on the waitlists a chance to get into class. If you are unable to make it to class, we encourage you to cancel at least 12 hours in advance to avoid any charges. 16. Do you have bathrooms and showers?

Yes! We have four All Gender bathrooms, three showers in both Women’s and Men’s changerooms and one All Gender/ Accessibility shower/bathroom.

17. Do you accept cash?

No. We are a cashless studio.

18. Is there an age requirement to take class?

A parent or legal guardian must sign for any participants under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required. No one under 16 years of age is permitted in the hot room.

19. Do you have a Lost & Found?

Please triple check you have all of your items before leaving the studio. Yes, we have a lost and found. We can hold your items for two weeks. After that, items will be donated.
