Kyle has been teaching, studying and living yoga since 2007. She uses the practice to share tools for consciousness and joy. Expect spherical movement, classical postures, alchemical breathwork and humor in every class. She draws influence from her extensive study at Jivamukti and Katonah Yoga, classical yogic texts, Taoism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She leads retreats, trainings and mentorship around the world with a full schedule of offerings focused on inclusivity and accessibility.
