Shelby’s introduction to movement and fitness came from her theater and dance background. Wishing to expand her flexibility as a dancer, Shelby turned to yoga, and fell irrevocably in love with the physical, mental, and spiritual strength it unlocked. Shelby felt the calling to teach and would go on to get her 200 hour RYT certification as well as HIIT, barre, pilates, and yoga sculpt training. Shelby is also a Certified Personal Trainer in strength training and has completed numerous internships, workshops, and seminars on all things strength. Nerd alert! 

Shelby’s mantra is simple: yes you can, and yes you will. Shelby approaches teaching with an energy and lightheartedness to create a safe space for students to push themselves and explore new limits. Leaving her students feeling just a little more confident after her class would be the greatest gift of all.
