HIIT PILATES is a low-impact, high-energy class inspired by Pilates principles to build muscle and increase stamina. It’s a full body workout with highlights like glute bridges, abs abs abs and a taste of interval training! Props include resistance bands and blocks. Heated class, all levels welcome.

MAT PILATES is a challenging low-impact class that follows traditional Pilates principles with attention on your alignment and breath. Props include resistance bands and weighted pilates balls. Heated class, all levels welcome.

SCULPT is a high-energy interval training class designed to build strength and get the heart rate up. It targets all muscle groups for a full body burn, with highlights like using weights and ample upper body work. Props include 3-15 lb weights and resistance bands. Heated class, all levels welcome.

YOGA SCULPT is a vigorous vinyasa class that combines techniques found in Pilates, Sculpt, and Flow formats using 3 and 5 pound weights. Props include yoga blocks and dumbbells. Heated class, all levels welcome.

FLOW is an energizing vinyasa yoga class that explores a variety of techniques in movement and breath work. Props include yoga blocks and straps. Heated class, all levels welcome.

POWER FLOW is a vigorous vinyasa yoga class that explores dynamic sequences. This class will build strength, foster flexibility and get your heart rate up! Props include yoga blocks and straps. Heated class, all levels welcome.

RESTORE is a gentle candlelit yoga class that compliments any existing movement practice. This class incorporates techniques in Yin, Katonah, and Nidra to facilitate deep rest and recovery. Props include yoga blocks and straps. Heated, all levels welcome.
